Dry gas filter

• U-TC-G series dry gas filter is mainly suitable for filtering small dust particles in the gas, using ultra-fine, multi-layer glass fiber or polyester fiber, so as to achieve high filtering accuracy and permeability. The high performance of the filter plays an important role in the downstream precision equipment of the protective gas treatment and transportation system.

   

  

   

  Working principle

   

  After entering into the filter, the natural gas containing impurities will first pass through the backflow rod to achieve the primary filtration efficiency, so that the large particle impurities can be separated under collision. At the same time, it also avoids the damage to the filter element caused by the direct impact of natural gas. The separated natural gas passes through the filter element from the outside to the inside, and impurities are intercepted on the surface of the filter element. The purified natural gas is led to the outlet through the inner wall of filter element and reflux rod.
  
  Quick opening blind plate can be used for equipment blind plate, which can be opened or closed in three minutes, saving time for replacing filter element and avoiding some safety hazards.
