  • U-ZC-XD1/XD2 automatic sucking type multi-filter elements back flush filter is suitable for the impurities filtration of high flow, high speed, low viscosity fluid.

    Automatic backwash filters are electromechanical integrated products with advantages of reasonable design, high filtering efficiency, low operation cost, continuous filtration even during the backwash process,etc. They are widely used in metallurgy petrochemistry, electricity, oil field water injection, ship ballast water, sea water utilization, environmental protection water treatment and many other fields.

     

    Automatic sucking type back flush filter characteristics:

     

    1.     working principle:
     

    The fluid containing impurities enters the bottom chamber (1) of the full-automatic filter, where the flow velocity of the fluid in the pipeline is reduced, and the fluid continues to flow upward. From the inside to the outside, it passes through the filter element assembly (2) specially arranged and sealed in the filter chamber, and the impurities are intercepted in the filter

    On the inner surface of the core, the filtered clean fluid flows out to the outlet (3).

    Backwashing is accomplished by using the differential pressure between the line pressure and atmospheric pressure. When the differential pressure transmitter (6) detects that the differential pressure value reaches the set value, the backwash suction device (4) is driven and rotated by the motor (5), and the blowdown port (6) is opened, at this time, the blowdown port is connected with the atmosphere to form a differential pressure, and the clean fluid outside the filter element carries out backwash on the filter element assembly. The backwash suction device will select the filter element group according to the characteristics of impurities

    The residence time of the filter elements and backwash each group of filter elements in the filter chamber one by one.

    When the pressure difference returns to the initial value, the blowdown valve closes, the motor stops driving, the filter continues to filter, the whole process flows continuously, and the backwash water volume is small, which does not affect the outlet pressure. The control system (7) can be remotely controlled by DCs, and the backwash time can be adjusted.
