Three-in-one filter cleaner dryer

• UNITE three-in-one filtercleaner dryer is a new generation of solid-liquid separation equipment that is developed based on current filtration equipment. It can complete all three processes of filtration, cleaning, and drying of the given material in a closed vessel device, thereby optimizing the utilization ratio of the equipment. This also avoids the pollution of the materials on the environment and vice versa. The material transfer loss and solvent usage is also reduced, thus making the equipment ideal for intermittent mass production.

  UNITE three-in-one system consists of sterile grade series and industrial grade series.

  U-MFCD series sterile grade multifunctional filter cleaner dryer is mainly used for the production and usage of sterile materials. The polishing level of all inner parts in the filter reaches 0.4 Ra, which fully satisfy the FDA production requirements.
