• In various working conditions of new energy, such as silicon powder filtration, high temperature and high pressure gas filtration, the u-fc-cq series gas backwash filter with metal filter element has mature and stable operation state.
  
  The filter can be designed and manufactured according to the requirements of customers and GB \ ASME standards; the u-fc-cq series filter adopts metal powder sintered filter element, which has unique performance for gas-solid separation.   1. Working temperature: g2-1 maximum working temperature: 500 ℃; g2-2 maximum working temperature: 980 ℃.
  2. Working pressure: 0 ~ 10.0MPa.
  3. The filter can adopt group back blowing device, equipped with diverter valve, nozzle and other accessories to effectively improve the back blowing efficiency.
  4. The filter can realize full-automatic operation, supporting PLC control system and remote control.

  Filter element

   

  High temperature ceramic filter element is a kind of porous gradient ceramic fiber composite membrane filter material, which is made of refractory ceramic aggregate and high temperature ceramic binder through reasonable process proportion, molding and high temperature sintering. It is composed of two parts: large aperture, high strength, high permeability ceramic support and high filtration precision ceramic fiber composite filter membrane. It has the advantages of good air permeability, thermal stability, high mechanical strength, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and is suitable for the purification of various high temperature and high pressure dust (soot) gas.
