Matched filter element - renewable filter element
The filter element of pulse filter is made of all stainless steel, folding deep filter, and the filter material is renewable. Its filtering accuracy ranges from 1 μ m to 25 μ M.
Pulse filter element is suitable for filtering impurities, such as dust particles, valve sealing wear debris and rust. High quality steam can not only improve the service life of the filter, but also improve the efficiency of the whole system.
The pulse filter element adopts the unique stainless steel fiber as the filter material, which has a high capacity of receiving pollution. It can be regenerated by reverse washing or ultrasonic water bath cleaning, thus improving the use time of the filter element, and it is an economic and efficient filtering scheme. Due to the foldable design of the filter material, the filter area is larger, and the filter pressure drop can be kept low when the material with high impurity content is treated.
The pulse filter element has high strength and the maximum filtration pressure drop is up to 10 bar. It is applicable to a wide range of temperatures. For air, process gas and liquid filtration, its operating temperature is - 20 ℃ - 210 ℃.
If it is used in general industrial dedusting, it can be equipped with standard dedusting filter bag.
