Unite's pharmaceutical-grade solid-liquid separation project has been successfully commissioned.
Unite Filtration successfully commissioned and put into operation a pharmaceutical-grade solid-liquid separation process system for a pharmaceutical company in Shandong. The project included a total of seven explosion-proof solid-liquid separation systems. The entire process system operates 24 hours a day, is fully automated, completely enclosed, and features automatic slag discharge. This equipment is primarily used to separate activated carbon and silica gel from aqueous solutions, ethanol, acetone, cyclohexane, and ethyl acetate. The materials involved have a certain viscosity, corrosiveness, and hazardous properties. Unite Filtration provided the customer with a new generation of design processes and structures. After repeated testing, the system operates stably, the filtrate is clear, and the moisture content of the separated solid phase is extremely low, meeting the expected indicators. This once again demonstrates Unite Filtration's advanced technology and mature reliability in the field of solid-liquid separation systems.
