The U-TC-S series Unite three-phase separator utilizes liquidpretreatment, plate-and-channel liquid distribution, a flow environmentbased on mechanical demulsification technology, high-efficiency packingfor coalescence and rectification, automatic control of oil-water levelsand interfaces, and chemical demulsifiers for separation. The separatorfeatures low resistance, high flow rate, high dewatering efficiency, andachieves a very high level of automation.
1. High dehydration quality. This equipment can processhigh-water-content crude oil to meet the standard for purified oil, withwastewater containing less than 300 mg/l of oil.
2. Large processing capacity. It is 2-3 times more efficient than ordinarythree-phase separators.
3. Liquid content in the outlet gas ≤ 0.05 g/Nm³.
4. Water content in the outlet crude oil ≤ 0.3%.
The oil, gas, and water mixture enters the pre-degassing chamber at highspeed, where a large amount of associated gas is separated bycentrifugal force and swirling action. The pre-degassed oil-water mixturethen enters the distributor and washing chamber through a guide pipe athigh speed. Within the active water layer containing demulsifier, themixture is washed and demulsified, and the flow is stabilized to reducethe Reynolds number of the incoming fluid. After coalescence andrectification, it flows into the settling and separation chamber for furthersettling and separation. The crude oil flows over the baffle into the oilchamber, and after being measured and controlled by a flow meter, itexits the separator. The water phase enters the water chamber through apipe due to pressure balance, thus achieving the separation of oil, gas,and water into three phases.
