The Unite U-MFCC cylindrical-conical filter-washing-drying machine is amulti-functional solid-liquid separation machine that integrates filtration,washing, drying, reaction, and automatic discharge. The equipmentfeatures a cylindrical-conical structure with heating jackets on both thecylindrical and lower conical sections, allowing for heating or cooling ofthe material. Inside the multi-functional machine, a hollow shaft and avariable-angle, variable-pitch hollow spiral stirring device are installed tostir and lift the material, and to discharge the material during theunloading process. A complex conical filtering device is located in thelower conical section, and a specially designed dead-space-freequick-opening discharge device or a dead-space-free pneumaticdischarge ball valve is located at the bottom of the equipment.

During the reaction phase, the reactants are added from the top. Theunique stirring structure ensures uniform mixing of the materials insidethe machine. Simultaneous heating or cooling is applied through thecylinder jacket, cone jacket, hollow shaft, and hollow spiral blades,allowing the materials to react fully within the machine. In the filtrationphase, the machine can filter and dewater the materials under pressureor vacuum, and then add washing liquid for multiple automaticresuspension and washing cycles until the desired washing requirementsare met, followed by further dewatering. In the drying phase, thecylinder jacket, cone jacket, hollow shaft, and hollow spiral bladessimultaneously heat the materials while vacuum is applied from the top,enabling vacuum-sealed low-temperature drying. After drying, thematerial is automatically discharged in a sealed manner.
1. Stirring Reaction: This machine features a cylindrical-conical structure,allowing for constant temperature and timed reactions with heating orcooling of the materials inside.
2. Pressure Filtration or Vacuum Filtration: After the reaction is complete,the filtrate is filtered through pressure filtration or vacuum suctionfiltration. During the filtration stage, the good contact and scrapingaction between the screw ribbon and the filtration medium allows forfiltration under thin-layer filter cake conditions, resulting in high filtrationefficiency.
3. Multiple Washing and Filtration: After filtering the material, washingliquid can be added, and the material can be automatically reacted andmixed multiple times inside the machine for washing.After thewashing and filtration meet the requirements, the material is filtered dryagain.
4. Vacuum Drying and Discharge: After the material is filtered dry, duringthe drying stage, the cylinder jacket, hollow shaft, and screw ribbonsimultaneously heat the material. Vacuum is applied from the top toperform vacuum low-temperature sealed drying. After drying, thematerial is automatically discharged in a sealed manner.
