LOW MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONAL COST
The Unite U-SC-S series of fully automatic self-cleaning filters is suitablefor harsh operating conditions and can be equipped with filter screensranging from 25 to 3500 microns, with pipe diameters from 2" to 36", tomeet different application requirements. The self-cleaning process of thefilter is initiated by continuously monitoring the pressure differencebetween the inlet and outlet of the filter. Typically, the preset value ofthe differential pressure switch is 0.5 bar (7 psi). This filter offers theadvantages of continuous filtration, easy maintenance, and safeoperation, and is therefore widely used in many industries.
Pressure leaf filters are highly efficient, reliable, versatile, andenvironmentally sustainable, making them an indispensable tool inindustrial filtration processes. Their main advantages include improvedproduct quality, increased production efficiency, and compliance withregulatory standards.
Scalable Filtration Area: The horizontal orientation of the leaves(vertically stacked) provides a scalable surface area for maximumfiltration efficiency.
Continuous, Closed Operation: The system can be designed for filling,filtration, discharge, and cleaning without interrupting the filtrationprocess.

The fluid containing impurities enters the filtration chamber of theautomatic filter, where the fluid velocity in the pipeline decreases. Thefluid flows radially through the sealed filter screen element, andimpurities are intercepted on the screen surface, while the clean fluidcontinuously flows out through the outlet.
When the impurities accumulated on the filter screen surface reduce theeffective filtration area and the differential pressure reaches a presetvalue, the motor starts to drive the cleaning component to clean thescreen 360 degrees without dead ends. Simultaneously, the automaticdrain valve opens to discharge the impurities. When the pressuredifference returns to its initial value, the automatic drain valve closes,and the motor stops working.
This fully automatic filtration system offers two selectable modes:automatic intermittent or continuous drainage.
