For high-value, oxidation-sensitive fine chemical materials containing volatile organic compounds (VOCs), UNITE supplied BASF with a modular integrated system comprising a candle filter and a three-in-one filter dryer, also known as an Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer (ANFD). The solution combines precision pre-clarification, solid-liquid separation, filter-cake washing, vacuum drying, and automatic discharge within an enclosed process. To improve the safety and reliability of aviation-fuel transfer at an engine-testing base, UNITE developed a customized fuel purification system for the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC). The integrated solution combines two-stage coalescing separation, high-precision particulate filtration, explosion-proof monitoring, automatic drainage, online water-quality monitoring, and a polished SS316L flow path. It was designed to remove free and emulsified water as well as fine particulate contaminants from aviation fuel such as RP-3, helping protect precision aero-engine fuel systems and maintain stable testing conditions.
CIMC Raffles selected UNITE’s customized hydrocyclone desanding systems for multiple deep-water jack-up and semi-submersible drilling-rig projects. Designed for mud-circulation and seawater-treatment applications, the systems remove hard sand particles from seabed-derived fluids before they can damage high-pressure mud pumps, submersible pumps, and valve seals. The solution combines wear-resistant cyclone liners, SS316L or duplex stainless-steel vessels, compact skid-mounted integration, automated sand discharge, and offshore-oriented monitoring and control.
