The Unite U-MFCC cylindrical-conical filter-washing-drying machine is a multifunctional solid-liquid separation system integrating filtration, washing, drying, reaction, and automatic discharge processes. The equipment adopts a cylindrical-conical structure with heating jackets installed on both the cylindrical and lower conical sections, enabling efficient heating or cooling of process materials.

A hollow shaft and variable-angle, variable-pitch hollow spiral agitator are installed inside the vessel to provide effective material mixing, lifting, and discharge during operation. The lower conical section is equipped with an advanced conical filtration device, while the bottom features a specially designed dead-space-free quick-opening discharge system or pneumatic discharge ball valve, ensuring efficient unloading and clean operation.
