The Unite U-MFCC cylindrical-conical filter-washing-drying machine is amulti-functional solid-liquid separation machine that integrates filtration,washing, drying, reaction, and automatic discharge. The equipmentfeatures a cylindrical-conical structure with heating jackets on both thecylindrical and lower conical sections, allowing for heating or cooling ofthe material. Inside the multi-functional machine, a hollow shaft and avariable-angle, variable-pitch hollow spiral stirring device are installed tostir and lift the material, and to discharge the material during theunloading process. A complex conical filtering device is located in thelower conical section, and a specially designed dead-space-freequick-opening discharge device or a dead-space-free pneumaticdischarge ball valve is located at the bottom of the equipment.
