The CLV type pressure leaf filter is an ideal solution for batch processing applications requiring high flow rates, efficient solid removal, and a compact footprint. It is especially suitable for applications with limited installation space or processes requiring periodic production interruptions. Horizontal pressure leaf filter models are also available to meet different industrial requirements.

The filter adopts a fully enclosed design without filter cloth. The filter leaves are constructed with five layers of stainless steel wire mesh, providing long service life and low maintenance costs. Fully automated operation reduces environmental contamination and labor requirements. Various filter aids can be added according to process needs.

With filtration areas ranging from 3 m² to 125 m², the filter supports both dry cake discharge and wet cake discharge modes, providing flexible solutions for different industrial production processes.
