The Fuel Gas Filter is a high-efficiency filtration solution designed to remove solid particles, dust, rust, and other contaminants from fuel gas streams. It ensures clean and stable gas supply, protects downstream equipment, and improves the reliability and efficiency of combustion systems.
UNITE FILTER fuel gas filters are engineered for applications requiring reliable gas purification, including gas turbines, boilers, engines, power generation systems, and industrial fuel gas pipelines. With advanced filter element technology, low pressure drop design, and durable construction, the filter provides long-term operation under demanding conditions.
The compact design, high filtration accuracy, and easy maintenance make the Fuel Gas Filter an ideal solution for protecting burners, control valves, regulators, and other precision gas equipment.
Fuel gas enters the filter housing through the inlet and passes through the filter element from the outside to the inside. Solid contaminants are captured by the filter media, while clean fuel gas flows through the outlet to the downstream equipment.
The multi-layer filtration structure provides high dirt-holding capacity and efficient particle removal. When contaminants accumulate and the pressure drop reaches the recommended level, the filter element can be cleaned or replaced to restore filtration performance.

A Fuel Gas Filter is an industrial filtration device designed to remove solid particles, liquids, and contaminants from fuel gas streams before they enter turbines, engines, or burners. It ensures clean and stable fuel supply for safe operation.
Fuel gas enters the filter housing and passes through filter elements such as cartridges or coalescing media. Solid particles are trapped, while liquid droplets may be coalesced and separated, resulting in clean, dry fuel gas output.
Key advantages include improved equipment protection, reduced turbine and engine wear, higher combustion efficiency, stable fuel quality, and lower maintenance costs for downstream systems.
Fuel gas filters are widely used in power plants, gas turbines, petrochemical facilities, oil & gas processing, LNG systems, and industrial combustion systems where fuel purity is critical.
A fuel gas filter is specifically designed for fuel supply systems and may include coalescing and liquid separation functions, while a dry gas filter mainly focuses on removing dry solid particles from gas streams.
This duplex system ensures continuous water flow via a twin-barrel design, effectively preventing nozzle and equipment clogging caused by high-impurity mine water in both underground and surface operations.
Addressing high-pressure natural gas purification, this integrated systemcombines particulate filtration with coalescing separation to ensure the safeoperation of long-distance pipelines in extreme climates.
