The Unite U-SC-S series of fully automatic self-cleaning filters is suitablefor harsh operating conditions and can be equipped with filter screensranging from 25 to 3500 microns, with pipe diameters from 2" to 36", tomeet different application requirements. The self-cleaning process of thefilter is initiated by continuously monitoring the pressure differencebetween the inlet and outlet of the filter. Typically, the preset value ofthe differential pressure switch is 0.5 bar (7 psi). This filter offers theadvantages of continuous filtration, easy maintenance, and safeoperation, and is therefore widely used in many industries.

A Brush-type Self-cleaning Filter is an automatic filtration system that uses rotating or fixed brushes to remove accumulated solids from the filter screen surface, ensuring continuous operation without frequent manual cleaning.
As fluid passes through the filter screen, particles are retained on the surface. When a cleaning cycle is triggered (by timer or pressure differential), the internal brush mechanism rotates or scrapes the screen, dislodging debris which is then discharged through a drain valve.
