The Unite U-ZC-X1/X2 series fully automatic suction filters are availablein both vertical and horizontal configurations. A geared motor drives thecleaning mechanism, which incorporates a unique multi-layer stainlesssteel filter screen, achieving filtration accuracy down to 10 microns. Thesuction scanning technology consumes less than 1% of the total watervolume, representing the lowest discharge water consumption rateamong all self-cleaning modes (this ratio is adjusted according to specificapplication requirements)

Operating Standards

1. Setup (Pros Only):

  • Install and secure the filter.

  • Connect all pipes (inlet, outlet, drain) with valves, and pressure gauges.

  • Connect power, test the cleaning function, and set parameters.

  • Crucial: Check for leaks during initial setup.

2. Daily Use:

  • Before Start: Check pipes, power, and confirm valves are in the correct position (inlet/outlet open, drain closed).

  • Start: Slowly open inlet valve, then fully open inlet/outlet after air is vented.

  • Monitor: Watch pressure gauges for difference (ΔP). Observe if automatic cleaning cycles properly. Check for leaks or strange noises.

3. Cleaning (Automatic):

  • Filter automatically cleans when ΔP is high or time is up.

  • It opens the drain, cleans the screen, then closes the drain.

  • This happens continuously without you doing anything.

4. Stop & Care:

  • To Stop: Close inlet, then outlet. Drain liquid and release pressure (open drain/vent). Turn off power.

  • Crucial: Never open the filter before fully depressurizing and draining!

  • Maintenance (Regularly): Open and check the filter screen, cleaning parts, and seals. Clean inside.

5. Safety First:

  • Wear safety gear (gloves, goggles).

  • Never operate above max pressure.

  • Always release pressure before opening.

  • Be careful with hot, cold, or dangerous liquids.

  • Always disconnect power before working on electrical parts.
