The Automatic Suction-type Filter is a high-efficiency self-cleaning filtration system designed for continuous removal of suspended solids and particulate contaminants from liquid streams. It utilizes a suction scanning cleaning mechanism to automatically remove accumulated impurities from the filter screen without interrupting the filtration process.
UNITE FILTER automatic suction-type filters are widely used in industrial water treatment, cooling water systems, irrigation, municipal water supply, and process filtration applications. The unique suction nozzle design provides efficient cleaning performance with low water consumption and minimal pressure loss.
With fully automatic operation, reliable cleaning performance, and low maintenance requirements, the Automatic Suction-type Filter provides an effective solution for applications requiring continuous filtration and stable system operation.
Automatic & Hassle-Free:
Self-Cleaning: The filter cleans it self automatically, no manual intervention needed, saving labor.
Continuous Operation: Cleans while filtering, ensuring uninterrupted production.
Effective Cleaning:
Thorough Cleaning: Unique suction or scraping technology completely removes debris from the filter screen.
Low Water Usage: Uses minimal water for each cleaning cycle, very water-efficient.
Wide Applicability:
Filters All Types of Liquids: Handles various filtration requirements, from coarse to fine.
High Capacity: Can process large volumes of liquid, suitable for large-scale production.
Corrosion Resistant: Available in various materials to suit different liquids.

An Automatic Suction-type Filter is a self-cleaning filtration system that removes contaminants from liquids by using a suction scanner or nozzle that travels along the filter element surface to extract and discharge accumulated solids.
During operation, fluid passes through the filter element while solids are retained. When cleaning is triggered by pressure differential or timer, a suction nozzle moves across the filter surface, creating localized reverse flow that removes debris and discharges it from the system.
Key advantages include continuous filtration during cleaning, low water or liquid loss, high cleaning efficiency, suitability for fine particle removal, and reduced maintenance compared to manual filters.
These systems are widely used in water treatment, petrochemical processes, cooling water systems, paper and pulp industry, food and beverage, and industrial process water filtration.
Suction-type filters clean locally using a moving suction nozzle, minimizing process interruption and fluid loss. Backwash filters reverse flow through the entire element, which may consume more fluid during cleaning.
