The Unite U-ZC-G2 series scraper filter is designed not only for water filtration but also for automatic self-cleaning filtration of high-viscosity fluids, including solvents, acids, alkalis, polymers, coatings, and other challenging process liquids.
Featuring high filtration efficiency and a wide filtration range of 25–2500 microns, the scraper filter is capable of handling liquids with viscosities up to 5,800,000 cP. Its robust design ensures reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.
The Unite U-ZC-G2 series scraper filter is widely applied in water treatment, petrochemical, metallurgy, power generation, fine chemical, coating, ink, paper, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, metal processing, and other industries.

A Fully Automatic Scraper Filter is a self-cleaning filtration system that uses mechanical scrapers to continuously or intermittently remove accumulated solids from the filter surface without stopping the process.
Fluid flows through the filter element while solids are retained on the surface. When a preset differential pressure or timer is reached, a scraper mechanism automatically rotates or moves along the filter surface to remove debris, which is then discharged from the system.
Key advantages include continuous operation, automatic cleaning without consumables, low maintenance requirements, stable filtration performance, and suitability for high-solid or viscous fluids.
These systems are widely used in chemical processing, petrochemical industry, coatings and paints, oil refining, food and beverage, wastewater treatment, and polymer production.
Scraper filters physically remove solids from the filter surface using a mechanical blade, while backwash filters reverse flow to clean the filter element. Scraper filters are more suitable for viscous or sticky media.
