The High-flow Filter is a high-capacity filtration system designed for applications requiring large flow rates, high filtration efficiency, and long service life. Compared with conventional filtration systems, it uses a larger filtration area and optimized flow channel design to reduce pressure loss and improve overall filtration performance.
UNITE FILTER high-flow filters are equipped with high-performance filter elements that provide excellent dirt-holding capacity and efficient removal of suspended solids, particles, and contaminants from liquid streams. The compact design allows high flow capacity with reduced installation space and simplified maintenance.
With reliable operation, low pressure drop, and flexible configuration options, the High-flow Filter is widely used in water treatment, power generation, petrochemical, chemical processing, industrial process water, and other large-scale filtration applications.
During filtration, the fluid enters the filter housing and flows through the high-flow filter elements. Contaminants are intercepted by the filter media, while clean liquid passes through the elements and exits through the outlet.
The large-diameter filter elements provide a higher filtration area and lower flow resistance, allowing the system to handle large flow rates while maintaining stable filtration performance. When the pressure differential reaches the recommended value, the filter elements can be cleaned or replaced to restore filtration efficiency.

A High-flow Filter is an industrial filtration system designed to handle large volumes of liquid with a single filter element. It is commonly used where high flow rates, compact design, and efficient filtration are required.
Liquid enters the filter housing and passes through a large-diameter, pleated filter element. The design increases filtration surface area, allowing high flow rates with low pressure drop while effectively removing particles.
Key advantages include high flow capacity per element, reduced number of filter elements required, compact system footprint, lower labor costs for replacement, and improved filtration efficiency.
High-flow filters are widely used in power generation, petrochemical industry, water treatment, desalination systems, food and beverage, and industrial process filtration systems.
High-flow filters can handle significantly higher flow rates with fewer elements and lower maintenance frequency, while standard cartridge filters are better suited for lower flow applications requiring higher precision in smaller systems.
