The fully automatic backwashing filter is a highly efficient watertreatment device that utilizes automatic backwashing technology toeffectively remove suspended solids and particulate matter from water.
Its working principle is based on the fact that when water flows throughthe filter element, impurities are trapped on the surface of the filter.
When the accumulated impurities on the filter element reach a certainlevel, the filter automatically initiates a backwashing process, usingreverse water flow to flush away the impurities from the filter element,and then resumes normal filtration. This process requires no manualintervention, significantly reducing maintenance costs and maintaining astable filtration effect.

An Automatic Backwash Filter is a self-cleaning filtration system that removes suspended solids from liquids and automatically cleans the filter element through a reverse flow (backwash) process without shutting down the system.
During normal operation, fluid passes through the filter element and solids are retained. When a preset differential pressure or timer is triggered, the system initiates backwashing, reversing flow to remove accumulated contaminants and restore filtration efficiency.
