The Unite U-FB-T series tubular backwashing filter is a brand-new, fullyautomatic filtration system based on a modular design concept.Itfeatures high reliability and flexible expandability, durable automatedoperation, requires no manual cleaning, and is very easy to maintain. Itutilizes a unique V-UNITE filter element, ensuring thorough backwashingwith minimal backwash fluid consumption. Compared to conventionalsingle-unit designs, the tubular design is more suitable for high-viscositymedia that are difficult to backwash. This design is compact, occupies asmall footprint, and allows for the addition or removal of modules basedon flow rate requirements.

Operating Standards

  1. Before Startup:

    • Check equipment for integrity.

    • Confirm filter cartridges are correctly installed.

    • Close all valves (inlet, outlet, drain), open the air vent valve.

  2. Startup:

    • Slowly open the inlet valve to allow liquid to enter.

    • Close the air vent valve once liquid flows out.

    • Fully open the inlet and outlet valves.

    • Record the initial pressure difference.

  3. During Operation:

    • Regularly monitor the inlet/outlet pressure difference. When the pressure difference rises to the set value (e.g., 0.1-0.15MPa), the filter cartridges need attention.

    • Ensure outlet liquid quality meets standards.

  4. Shutdown:

    • First, close the inlet valve, then close the outlet valve.

    • Open the drain valve and air vent valve to drain residual liquid and depressurize.

  5. Maintenance:

    • Clean or replace filter cartridges periodically based on pressure difference or usage time.

    • Inspect seals.

  6. Safety:

    • Wear protective gear during operation. Ensure depressurization before opening the equipment.
