The Unite UJMP series cartridge filter housings are manufactured from high-quality 304 or 316L stainless steel, providing excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and reliable performance in demanding filtration applications.
Each housing is produced with carefully selected materials and precision manufacturing processes, featuring a smooth, crack-free surface design that meets strict hygiene and quality requirements. The optimized surface finish helps prevent bacterial growth and contamination, making it suitable for sanitary filtration environments.
The unique sanitary structure allows complete disassembly and thorough cleaning of both internal and external surfaces. With a dead-space-free design, easy operation, and convenient maintenance, the UJMP cartridge filter housing provides a reliable filtration solution for critical industrial processes.
This precision filter is designed to fully comply with sanitary and GMP requirements, making it an advanced liquid filtration solution for life science applications. Its hygienic structure features a dead-space-free design for easy cleaning and maintenance, while ensuring complete drainage without residual liquid accumulation.
The surface polishing precision can reach up to 0.3 μm. For filter models with 12 or fewer filter elements, electrolytic polishing can be combined with mechanical polishing to eliminate polishing blind spots and achieve a smoother internal surface finish.
For applications with extremely strict cleaning requirements, the filter manifold can be designed as a detachable structure, allowing complete cleaning access from all directions and ensuring reliable sanitary performance.

A Cartridge Filter is a filtration system that uses cylindrical filter cartridges as the filter medium to remove particles from liquids or gases. It is widely used for high-precision and fine filtration applications.
Fluid flows through the cartridge from outside to inside (or inside to outside depending on design). The filter media traps suspended solids and fine particles, allowing clean fluid to pass through the core of the cartridge.
Key advantages include high filtration precision, consistent performance, easy replacement, compact design, and wide compatibility with different liquids and gases.
Cartridge filters are widely used in pharmaceuticals, electronics, food and beverage, chemical processing, petrochemical, water treatment, and industrial process filtration where high purity is required.
Cartridge filters provide higher filtration accuracy and are suitable for fine particle removal, while bag filters have higher dirt-holding capacity and are more cost-effective for coarse filtration and high-solid applications.
To improve the safety and reliability of aviation-fuel transfer at an engine-testing base, UNITE developed a customized fuel purification system for the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC). The integrated solution combines two-stage coalescing separation, high-precision particulate filtration, explosion-proof monitoring, automatic drainage, online water-quality monitoring, and a polished SS316L flow path. It was designed to remove free and emulsified water as well as fine particulate contaminants from aviation fuel such as RP-3, helping protect precision aero-engine fuel systems and maintain stable testing conditions.
During the upgrade of its core equipment, Shagang Group introduced UNITE’s high-efficiency lubricating-oil filtration systems for rolling mills, large reducers, and hydraulic stations. The customized solution combines magnetic pre-separation, micron-level precision filtration, duplex online changeover, high-flux flow paths, differential-pressure monitoring, and PLC-based maintenance management. After commissioning, reported bearing failure rates decreased by approximately 30%, while lubricating-oil change intervals were extended by more than 1.5 times.
Bosch introduced UNITE’s automated diesel purification and filtration module at its large manufacturing and R&D facilities. Designed for diesel storage tanks serving emergency generator sets and fuel-injection-system testing, the system removes free and emulsified water, intercepts fine particulate contaminants, and periodically circulates stored fuel to maintain standby quality. The reported results included a 100% rapid start-up success rate during multiple emergency power drills, reduced manual sampling and maintenance, and adoption of the solution as a standardized backup-energy configuration for Bosch industrial parks.
