Fully automatic backwashing filtration systems are widely used in modern chemical production plants. They integrate with electrical systems, instrumentation, and valves to achieve automatic filtration and backwashing operations, controlled by a DCS or PLC system. The system can be designed as a single filtration unit or an A/B switching filtration system. The filter uses sintered metal membrane materials as the filtration element, effectively filtering and removing micron or sub-micron particles from the liquid. A differential pressure gauge monitors the system in real time, and core technology is used to ensure the regeneration of the metal membrane.
