This precision filter is designed to fully meet sanitary and GMPrequirements, making it a high-end liquid filter for life scienceapplications. Its structure is free of sanitary dead spaces and easy toclean; it allows for complete drainage with no residual liquid concerns;and the polishing precision can reach up to 0.3μm. For filters with 12cores or fewer, electrolytic polishing can be performed simultaneouslywith mechanical polishing, completely eliminating polishing dead spots.For applications requiring extremely rigorous cleaning, the filter'smanifold can be made detachable to allow for cleaning from all angles.
Inlet Stage: The liquid to be filtered enters the filter through the inlet andflows towards the filter element or membrane.
Filtration Process: The liquid passes through the high-precision filterelement or membrane, and larger solid particles are retained on thefilter medium.
Fine Filtration: The tiny pores of the filter element or membrane furtherremove small particles, impurities, or microorganisms from the liquid,ensuring high-precision filtration.
Clean Liquid Outlet: The filtered clean liquid flows out from the outletand enters the downstream process or system.
Filter Element Replacement or Cleaning: As the filtration processprogresses, particles gradually accumulate on the filter element. Oncea certain level is reached, the filter element needs to be cleaned orreplaced to restore filtration efficiency
Fluid enters the filter and solid particles are captured by the filter element.
When preset pressure or time is reached, the system automatically initiates backwashing.
Removed particles are flushed out through the drain outlet.
Differential pressure is continuously monitored to detect filter contamination.
Clean fluid flows in reverse direction to remove trapped contaminants from the filter surface.
