The Unite U-ZC-X1/X2 series fully automatic suction filters are availablein both vertical and horizontal configurations. A geared motor drives thecleaning mechanism, which incorporates a unique multi-layer stainlesssteel filter screen, achieving filtration accuracy down to 10 microns. Thesuction scanning technology consumes less than 1% of the total watervolume, representing the lowest discharge water consumption rateamong all self-cleaning modes (this ratio is adjusted according to specificapplication requirements)
Unite filters effectively combine carefully selected filter screen weavingmethods and structural designs to optimize material strength, filtrationcapacity, and cleaning efficiency, resulting in a more efficient filtrationoutcome. This cutting-edge, precision filter screen ensures that the filtercake is quickly and thoroughly removed.
Raw water enters the filter inlet (1) through a coarse filter screen (2),which protects the cleaning mechanism from large particulate impurities.
The water then passes through a fine filter screen (3), which traps andaccumulates dirt particles within the filter. Clean water flows out throughthe filter outlet (4). As the dirt accumulates on the inner surface of thefilter cake, the pressure difference increases. A differential pressuretransmitter senses this pressure difference, and when it reaches a presetvalue, the cleaning process begins.Self-cleaning process:
The filter is cleaned by a suction-type scanner (5) that rotates in a spiralpattern across the filter screen; the opened exhaust valve generates ahigh-speed suction flow at the nozzle tip, "vacuuming" the filter cakefrom the filter screen. During the self-cleaning process, which takes 20 to40 seconds, the filtered water continues to flow downstream.
Fluid enters the filter and solid particles are captured by the filter element.
When preset pressure or time is reached, the system automatically initiates backwashing.
Removed particles are flushed out through the drain outlet.
Differential pressure is continuously monitored to detect filter contamination.
Clean fluid flows in reverse direction to remove trapped contaminants from the filter surface.
The system resumes normal filtration without interrupting operation.
