The Unite U-ZC-G1 series cylinder scraper self-cleaning filterautomatically removes particulate impurities from the inner surface ofthe filter element through mechanical scraping, enabling continuousonline filtration. The U-ZC-G1 filter is primarily designed forhigh-viscosity filtration, suitable for viscosities up to 800,000 mPa.s, witha precision range of 25-100 microns. It provides precise filtration andquickly scrapes impurities from the filter element surface, thus efficientlyremoving more impurities. It is suitable for filtering water and variousviscous liquids.
Traditional filters frequently clog when filtering viscous materials andsoft impurities, requiring the use of large filters or frequent manualcleaning, resulting in high investment, heavy workload, and significantmaterial waste. The U-ZC-G1 filter easily solves these problems with itsadvanced self-cleaning method, consistently maintaining a clean filterelement and discharging waste liquid containing high concentrations ofimpurities, reducing material waste.
