The Unite coke oven gas filter utilizes a special, improved design with athree-stage mechanical separation internal structure combined with ahigh-efficiency dust and oil removal filter element for the separation andpurification of coke oven gas. The equipment features a vertical structure,and the filter elements are suspended for easy removal of the filter cakeduring cleaning. This patented design includes an online backwashingdevice, enabling rapid cleaning and regeneration of the mesh and filterelements.
Unite dust and oil removal filter elements utilize corrosion-resistant,high-temperature (≤600℃), and ultra-low-temperature resistant alloymaterials. This patented technology perfectly and organically combinestwo types of filter materials: surface filtration and deep filtration. Theraw liquid first reaches the outside of the filter element, passing throughthe surface filtration material. Dust in the liquid quickly forms a filtercake on the surface of the filter element. A small amount of dust entersthe deep filtration material with the raw liquid, and after beingintercepted by the deep filtration material, the filtration efficiency of thefilter element is greatly improved (≥99.99%), meeting the extremelydemanding requirements of users. The porosity of this patented filterelement is ashigh as over 85% (at a precision of 0.5µm). The surface
layer filter material has a very low friction coefficient, equivalent to aroughness of about 0.4. The friction coefficient determines theback-blowing energy consumption and dust removal effect of the filterelement. This dust removal filter element itself has excellentback-blowing properties, making back-blowing very simple. The filterelement can be cleaned online or removed for ultrasonic cleaning. Aftercleaning, it can achieve more than 95% of its original performance. Aslong as there is no significant damage, the filter element can be
repeatedly cleaned.
Fluid enters the filter and solid particles are captured by the filter element.
