Unet's Pharmaceutical-Grade Solid-Liquid Separation Project Successfully Commissioned

The pharmaceutical-grade solid-liquid separation process system undertaken by Unite Filtration for Shandong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has been successfully commissioned and put into operation. This project includes a total of seven sets of explosion-proof solid-liquid separation systems. The entire process system features 24/7 fully automatic operation, fully closed operation and automatic slag discharge. Mainly used for separating activated carbon and silica gel from aqueous solutions, ethanol, acetone, cyclohexane and ethyl acetate, the equipment handles materials with moderate viscosity, corrosivity and hazard. Unite provided the customer with a new generation of design processes and structural solutions, and after repeated verification, the system operates stably with clear filtrate and an extremely low moisture content of the separated solid phase, meeting all expected indicators. This once again demonstrates Unite's advanced technology, maturity and reliability in the field of solid-liquid separation systems.
