The Microporous Filter System is a fully enclosed, micron-levelsolid-liquid separation microfiltration machine. The complete filtrationsystem consists of five parts: the equipment body, a quick-openingbottom cover, PE/PA/PTFE filter tubes, a regeneration system, and anautomatic control system. It is primarily used for filtering small amountsof activated carbon or trace impurities, fine filtration of brine containingcalcium and magnesium salts in chlor-alkali production, fine filtration ofraw materials in inorganic salt production, high-volume fine filtration ofchemical liquids, and fine filtration of mother liquor, crystallization liquid,and leaching solutions.
Fully automatic and systematic design; the system can achievemicron-level filtration, automatic discharge, automatic regeneration, andautomatic interlocking of liquid level, temperature, flow rate, and pump;
Backwashing effect is superior to similar filters; the filter element isreusable, resulting in low operating costs and long service life;
Used for wet discharge filtration, the filter element is backwashed byinternal and external pressure; the unique design increases reverse flow;
No moving parts in the filter body, resulting in low maintenance costs.Compared with traditional filters, this filter occupies less space, is easy tooperate, allows for CIP in-situ cleaning, and all internal components canbe removed;
