Unite uses multiple small-diameter cyclone separators to separate smalland large particles. Depending on the application, my cyclone librarycontains up to 200 units. The choice of 2" or 4" diameter cyclones willdepend on the system's gas flow rate.
Unite Multi-Tube Separators
The structure of Unite multi-cyclone separators is designed to withstandyears of abrasive wear, making them robust and durable for variousairflow applications. For corrosive gas applications, key components ofthe Unite cyclone can be manufactured from corrosion-resistant steelalloys. Unite multi-cyclone separators require no maintenance and haverelatively low initial costs. Vertical and horizontal configurations areavailable.
Unite Vortex Tube Separators
Unite vortex tube separators offer superior performance in a range ofapplications, including removing condensate from airflow, removingentrainment after distillation or absorption processes, and removingliquids from interstage and final discharge stages in reciprocatingcompressors.

A Cyclonic Filter Separator is an industrial separation device that uses centrifugal force generated by a swirling gas flow to remove solid particles and liquid droplets from gas streams efficiently.
Gas enters the separator tangentially, creating a high-speed vortex. Centrifugal force pushes heavier particles and droplets toward the wall, where they lose momentum and are collected, while clean gas exits through the center outlet.
Key advantages include no moving parts, low maintenance, high reliability, ability to handle high dust loads, low pressure drop, and continuous operation in harsh industrial environments.
Cyclonic filter separators are widely used in oil & gas, petrochemical processing, power plants, cement production, metallurgy, mining, and compressed air systems for dust and mist removal.
A cyclonic separator uses centrifugal force for physical separation without filter media, while a filter separator uses filter elements to capture fine particles. Cyclonic systems are better for high dust loads; filter separators achieve higher fine-particle removal efficiency.
Addressing high-pressure natural gas purification, this integrated systemcombines particulate filtration with coalescing separation to ensure the safeoperation of long-distance pipelines in extreme climates.
This duplex system ensures continuous water flow via a twin-barrel design, effectively preventing nozzle and equipment clogging caused by high-impurity mine water in both underground and surface operations.
