Unite's Fully Automatic Filter for Precious Metal Catalyst Successfully Completed for Huizhou Solvent Capacity Expansion Project

Unite Filtration Co., Ltd. has supplied two sets of fully automatic filters for precious metal catalysts for the Huizhou Solvent Capacity Expansion Project, and the equipment has been successfully completed on schedule. The two sets of equipment are configured as one in operation and one on standby and two in operation and one on standby respectively, with filtration areas of 20 square meters and 105 square meters. Mainly used to capture precious metal catalysts in process liquids such as EMC/DEC, the equipment achieves solid-liquid separation and recovery. It features 24/7 continuous filtration, with separation conducted once a day and a working switch performed once a day. Boasting a high degree of automation and excellent separation performance, the equipment can be used continuously and repeatedly.
