PROJECT BACKGROUND
Zhuhai Water bears the heavy responsibility of ensuring water supply security and comprehensive water environment management for the entire coastal city. During the upgrading and transformation of a large-scale water treatment plant (pumping station), the client urgently needed an efficient, stable, and highly intelligent pre-filtration system — one capable of handling seasonal fluctuations of sediment, algae, and suspended solids in raw water (reservoir/river water), while protecting downstream core treatment processes such as ultrafiltration membrane modules and high-pressure pumps from wear and clogging.

The interior utilizes high-strength stainless steel wedge wire screens, paired with a motor-driven, highly efficient cleaning mechanism. When the pressure differential reaches a set value, the cleaning scanner automatically activates, thoroughly removing impurities from the screen surface using minimal water.
2. 100% Uninterrupted Operation
The self-cleaning and blowdown process is completed in just dozens of seconds. During this time, the main pipeline water flow continues normally, perfectly meeting the stringent standards of continuous municipal water supply.
3. Seamless Smart Water Integration
Equipped with a high-end PLC smart control cabinet supporting triple trigger modes — Differential Pressure, Timer, and Manual. Operational status, pressure drop data, and fault alarms are transmitted in real-time to the Water Group's SCADA central control screen via industrial communication protocols.
