The Unite U-JM-WY series precision filter housings are all manufacturedfrom high-quality 304 or 316L stainless steel. Each filter is made withcarefully selected materials and meticulous craftsmanship, ensuring acompletely crack-free, streamlined design. The filters have excellentsurface finish and maximum corrosion resistance to meet qualitystandards for preventing bacterial contamination. The unique structureof the sanitary filter housing allows for complete disassembly andcleaning of both the inner and outer surfaces, ensuring no dead cornersand easy operation.
This precision filter is designed to fully meet sanitary and GMPrequirements, making it a high-end liquid filter for life scienceapplications. Its structure is free of sanitary dead spaces and easy toclean; it allows for complete drainage with no residual liquid concerns;and the polishing precision can reach up to 0.3μm. For filters with 12cores or fewer, electrolytic polishing can be performed simultaneouslywith mechanical polishing, completely eliminating polishing dead spots. For applications requiring extremely rigorous cleaning, the filter'smanifold can be made detachable to allow for cleaning from all angles.

Layered or Depth Filtration: The precision filter houses internal filter cartridges, which are typically composed of multi-layered or porous materials (such as PP cotton, melt-blown PP, pleated membranes, etc.) and feature extremely small pore sizes (typically ranging from 0.1 microns to several tens of microns).
Fluid Inflow: The fluid to be filtered enters through the inlet of the filter housing.
Passage Through the Cartridge: The fluid is forced to pass through the filtration layers of the precision filter cartridge.
Capture of Fine Particles: Liquid components smaller than the cartridge's pore size are able to pass through; however, extremely fine particles, colloids, suspended solids, and other impurities larger than the pore size are captured—either on the surface of the cartridge or deep within its internal structure.
Clean Fluid Outflow: The purified fluid, having passed through the filter cartridge, exits through the outlet.
Cartridge Replacement: As filtration proceeds, the filter cartridge gradually becomes clogged with impurities, resulting in a decline in filtration efficiency and an increase in differential pressure. At this stage, the filter cartridge requires periodic replacement rather than cleaning.
