Product Introduction

The Unite external scraper series filters are fully automatic self-cleaning filtration systems designed for a wide variety of liquid process applications.

This filtration system utilizes a cylindrical, cleanable filter element. An integrated blade cleans the filter by scraping away intercepted contaminants from the element's surface. This scraper self-cleaning function eliminates the need for disposable filter cartridges, thus reducing maintenance costs, labor, and downtime associated with element replacement. Unite filters feature unique brass or stainless steel filter media composed of wedge-shaped wires. The wedge-shaped wires are wrapped around a cylindrical perforated metal core, creating a conical flow path during filtration.
