The U-TC-S series Unite three-phase separator utilizes liquidpretreatment, plate-and-channel liquid distribution, a flow environmentbased on mechanical demulsification technology, high-efficiency packingfor coalescence and rectification, automatic control of oil-water levelsand interfaces, and chemical demulsifiers for separation. The separatorfeatures low resistance, high flow rate, high dewatering efficiency, andachieves a very high level of automation.
1. High dehydration quality. This equipment can processhigh-water-content crude oil to meet the standard for purified oil, withwastewater containing less than 300 mg/l of oil.
2. Large processing capacity. It is 2-3 times more efficient than ordinarythree-phase separators.
3. Liquid content in the outlet gas ≤ 0.05 g/Nm³.
4. Water content in the outlet crude oil ≤ 0.3%.
