The Unite U-DS-S standard single-bag filter is a cost-effective filterlaunched by Unite for general filtration applications. Constructed fromcarbon steel, SS304, and SS316L stainless steel materials, it is designedand manufactured according to strict chemical industry standards, offering excellent corrosion resistance, safety, reliability, and durability.
The quick-opening top cover design allows for easy and fast filter bagreplacement by simply loosening and rotating the circular nut. It iscurrently widely used in various filtration applications
Unite adopts a quick-opening lid design, saving labor costs duringoperation.
The support basket features an optimized opening design, increasingflow rate and filter bag lifespan.
High-quality butt welding connections provide high strength and strongcorrosion resistance.
The elliptical bottom fully conforms to the support filter bag.
Multiple models with different filtration areas are available to meetvarious flow rate requirements.
The housing is sealed with an O-ring elastomer seal, ensuring easytightening and long-lasting durability.
Stainless steel support legs are corrosion-resistant, height-adjustable,and easy to install on-site.
Preparation:
Inspect Filter: Ensure the equipment is intact, with no damage or leaks.
Prepare Filter Bag: Select the correct filter bag and check for any damage.
Install Filter Bag: Open the lid, place the filter bag into the basket, and press the bag opening firmly to seal.
Close Lid: Tighten the bolts on the lid evenly to ensure a good seal.
Start Filtration:
Slowly Introduce Liquid: First, open the outlet valve slightly, then slowly open the inlet valve to allow liquid to flow in.
Vent Air: Open the top vent valve. Once all air is expelled and liquid starts to flow out, close it immediately.
Fully Open: Fully open both the inlet and outlet valves to begin normal filtration.
During Operation:
Monitor Pressure Gauge: Observe the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. If the pressure difference increases (e.g., reaches 0.05-0.15MPa), it means the filter bag is clogged and needs replacement.
Monitor Flow: If the output flow significantly decreases, it might also indicate a clogged filter bag.
Shutdown and Replacement:
Shutdown: First, close the inlet valve, then close the outlet valve.
Drain and Vent: Open the bottom drain valve and top vent valve to drain liquid and release pressure.
Replace Filter Bag: Unscrew the lid, remove the old filter bag, and clean the inside.
Install New Filter Bag: Follow the "Preparation" steps to install a new filter bag.
Safety Reminders:
Wear gloves and safety goggles during operation.
Crucial: Never open the lid before all liquid is drained and pressure is released!
Be cautious with high-temperature, low-temperature, or corrosive liquids.
