Unite multi-bag filters are available in standard multi-bag filters, parallelmulti-bag filters, and quick-opening multi-bag filters. The standard multi-bag filter is suitable for flow rates of 60 to 5000 m³/h. For filters with a small number of filter bags, opening and operation canbe easily accomplished using a handwheel and the standardbearing-equipped rotating arm.
The parallel bag filter housing system provides a compact and efficientassembly of 2 to 8 single bag filter housings. The space-saving designallows for easy expansion with additional housing units and extramodules, offering high flexibility to meet process requirements.
The quick-opening multi-bag filter is designed for users who prioritizeefficiency, safety, and durability. It is primarily used in applications withhigh levels of impurities, where frequent replacement of filter elementsis required, or in continuous production processes that demand rapidfilter switching. This filter is a powerful tool for significantly improvingproduction efficiency.

Bag filters are easy to operate.
Simply install the filter bag of therequired fineness grade into the filter housing, check that the O-ring sealis intact, and then tighten the filter housing cover bolts. The filter is thenready for operation. After the pump starts, the pressure gauge on thefilter will rise slightly, with an initial pressure of approximately 0.05 MPa.
As the operating time increases, the amount of filtered residue in thecylinder gradually increases. When the pressure reaches 0.4 MPa, themachine should be stopped, the cylinder cover opened, and the filterbag inspected for residue. The filter bag can then be replaced tocontinue operation (filter bags can generally be reused after cleaning).
The filter pressure is generally best set between 0.1 and 0.3 MPa, whichcan be adjusted via the return line or the return valve on the pump.
Excessively high filtration pressure can damage the filter bag and theprotective mesh, so extra caution is required.

Preparation:
Inspect Filter: Ensure the equipment is intact, with no damage or leaks.
Prepare Filter Bags: Select the correct number and specifications of filter bags, and check for any damage.
Install Filter Bags: Open the lid, insert the filter baskets, then place the filter bags one by one into the baskets, pressing all bag openings firmly (usually with a hold-down ring or plate).
Close Lid: Tighten the bolts on the lid evenly to ensure a good seal.
Start Filtration:
Slowly Introduce Liquid: First, open the outlet valve slightly, then slowly open the inlet valve to allow liquid to flow in.
Vent Air: Open the top vent valve. Once all air is expelled and liquid starts to flow out, close it immediately.
Fully Open: Fully open both the inlet and outlet valves to begin normal filtration.
During Operation:
Monitor Pressure Gauge: Observe the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. If the pressure difference increases (e.g., reaches 0.05-0.15MPa), it means the filter bags are clogged and need replacement.
Monitor Flow: If the output flow significantly decreases, it might also indicate clogged filter bags.
Shutdown and Replacement:
Shutdown: First, close the inlet valve, then close the outlet valve.
Drain and Vent: Open the bottom drain valve and top vent valve to drain liquid and release pressure.
Replace Filter Bags: Unscrew the lid, remove all old filter bags, and clean the inside.
Install New Filter Bags: Follow the "Preparation" steps to install all new filter bags.
Safety Reminders:
Wear gloves and safety goggles during operation.
Crucial: Never open the lid before all liquid is drained and pressure is released!
